Appointments
Please book your appointments by telephone at our hotel. External visitors are requested to guarantee their reservations by credit card.

Arrival
It is recommended that you arrive 10 minutes before commencing treatment. This will give you sufficient time to change your clothes. Regretfully, we are unable to extend the duration of your treatment beyond the agreed time to make up for any delays. 

Cancellations
The treatments selected by you are reserved exclusively for you. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please give us the possibility to offer your appointed time to other guests. Appointment dates may therefore be cancelled or postponed up to 24 hours in advance at no extra cost. After that, the full treatment price will be billed.

General conditions
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed in cash. Please present your original gift voucher (no copy) upon arrival day for your treatment and leave it at the reception of the beauty farm prior to commencing your treatment. In case you have forgotten to bring your voucher we are obliged to charge you for the treatments. If the gift voucher is presented at a later date, we will of course refund the amount..
