Freshly showered and with a wet body you enter the Rasul. The nursing ritual begins with a full body scrub with different sludge that you distribute throughout the body.
The Rasulroom is warm and has low humidity. Steam flares with herbal supplements slowly increase the humidity and the air is filled with pleasant scents.
You start to rub slightly in the mud, this stimulates the muscle tone, the metabolism and the connective tissue.
40 minutes later a mild tropical rain trickles on your body. You will then be creamed with a fragrance oil, lotion or body cream.
