Appointments
You can arrange your wellness treatments by telephone within the hotel. External guests are required to guarantee their reservation by credit card.
Time of arrival
We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes prior to the beginning of the treatment so that you have sufficient time to change. Unfortunately, we cannot extend the length of the treatment beyond the agreed upon time in order to make up for a potentially delayed beginning.
Cancellations
The treatments you select will be reserved particularly for you. In case you are unable to attend, we shall try to offer your time slot to other guests. For this reason, you may cancel or postpone an appointment at no cost up to 24 hours prior to the actual date. Failure to do so will result in our charging the full price of the treatment.
General agreements
Vouchers are exempt from a right of return and the value of a voucher will not be paid out in cash. Please bring your original voucher (no copies) on the appointed date and submit it before the treatment starts at the Beautyfarm reception. In case you have forgotten your voucher we shall have to charge you for the treatments. Naturally, we shall refund the full amount upon a later submittal of the voucher.
