How to spa at SAVOY Hotel Cologne

Service

We provide towels, bathrobes and bath slippers to external spa guests. Hotel residents are kindly requested to use the bathrobe and slippers from their room.

Appointments

Please book your wellness treatment directly online or by phone at +49 (0)221 1623 333. External visitors are requested to provide a credit card for their reservation.

Parking

We park your car in our underground car park. Please drop off your car conveniently in front of the hotel (valet parking 30 euros/day).

Pregnancy

For medical reasons, we cannot offer treatments in the first and last trimester of pregnancy. Your SAVOY spa team looks forward to pampering you!

Medical precautions

Please inform us in advance if you suffer from high blood pressure, heart disease, or other physical ailments or illnesses so that we can recommend appropriate treatments. If necessary, please consult your physician before visiting the spa.

Valuables

Please be aware that the SAVOY Hotel cannot assume any liability for valuables.

Gift vouchers

Please present your original voucher (not a copy) at the spa reception before your treatment. If you forget to do so, we will first have to charge you for the treatment and refund the amount at a later date upon presentation of the voucher.

Your spa voucher has a price guarantee for 1 year and a value guarantee for 3 years. There is no right of return, and a voucher's value cannot be redeemed in cash. No replacement can be made in the event of loss, theft or damage.

Cancelling an appointment

Please give us the opportunity to offer your appointment to other guests if you are unable to attend. You may cancel or reschedule your treatment up to 24 hours in advance at no cost. After that, the full amount will be charged.

Arrival time

We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your treatment is scheduled to allow you enough time to change. Please understand that we are unable to extend your treatment beyond the agreed time if you arrive late.
